Winemaking Reports

• Additions History – Print out of selected additions done to vessel. Useful for checking that different treatments have been completed.
• Job Order History – Report that summarises Job Orders and operation performed in the winery.
• Vessel Contents – Multi-purpose report to show contents of individual vessels, summaries of groups of vessels (eg: Barrels) and Vessel Types (eg: Oak Types or tank types). Data can be sorted by Vessel, Batch or Vessel Type. Vessels can be selected on many criteria including whether they are empty, full, on ullage etc. Very useful for Bulk Wine stocktakes, finding vessels containing certain wine.
• Vessel Composition – Gives a break down of the contents of a vessel or group of vessels (eg 20 barrels with the same wine in them.) into their components. Can show individual Sub-Blocks from vineyards or it can summarise the data by region, variety, and vintage for label integrity proof. This report will also show costs and additives.
• Vessel Comp Additive Summary -Summarises additives to a vessel or group of vessels into a report.
• Tasting Notes – Provides a print out of Tastings Notes enter in the tasting notes form.
• Source to Composition: Shows a summary or detailed report of all wine that came from the specific vineyards or bulk receivals and where that wine is now.
• Barrel Labels – Individual labels for sticking onto barrels to denote their contents.
• Audit Trail – Traces wine forwards or backward from Receival, Weighbridge, Job Order, Vessel, Despatch or Bottle, step by step through all job orders.
• Vessel Analysis History – Shows chosen analyses for selected vessels or wine batches over a period of up to the last six months. Useful for quality assurance and monitoring of wines being aged etc.
